Yikiti Sunday League: Golf Team Competition

The Yikiti Sunday League is a season-long, 3-player team golf league that blends individual performance, team strategy, and high-energy match play into one competitive and social experience. Not all players are required to assemble a team and can sign up for rounds individually and still compete for cash prizes.

Rounds 1–4: Seeding Rounds for team – Individual Stroke Play Competition

Competing Teams:

All three team players’ scores count toward the team total
Teams are ranked by score to par and seeded after four rounds
Teams ranked 1–4 advance to the Gross Championship Bracket
Teams ranked 5–8 advance to the Net Championship Bracket (80% handicap)

Single Round Player (Key Update)

Players may now register and compete as individuals—no team required
Compete in each round for individual Gross & Net prizes
Ability to play any number of rounds, with no requirement to attend all events

Rounds 5–6: Team Playoffs & Championship

The team element takes center stage
Match play format will determine division champions
Expect a highly competitive and exciting finish to the season

Individual competition with prize pool continues for non-team players

Semi-Finals (Round 5)

Bracket: 1 vs 4, 2 vs 3 (per division)
A Player: Singles Match Play
B Players: 2-Person Best Ball
Scoring: Nassau (3 points per match: Front 9, Back 9, Overall)
Highest total points advance to the Championship
Losing teams play for Third Place

Championship Round

Same match formats and Nassau scoring
Teams with the most total points are crowned Champions / Third Place

Tiebreaker

USGA tiebreak method using last 9, 6, 3, and 1 holes (aggregate team scores)

Green Fees (charged prior to each round and includes Skins / CTP buy-in)
- $99 per player per round for registered players / $124 single round
  - Duncan Members: $14 per round (Wolf Run, Lakeridge, Toiyabe) / $29 single round
  - Winchester: $99 per round unless included in Duncan membership / $124 single round

“Bucket list golf experience”

Yikiti Golf was the perfect blend of competition, fun, and a bucket list-type golf experience. I was surprised at how they give you an upfront price and take care of everything.
